The Lazy Man Success Program began in 1973 with the publication of The Lazy Man’s Way to Riches written by Joe Karbo.

Joe was a brilliant marketer who had MS, but had to support his family and eight children. He developed simple techniques to work smarter because he couldn’t work hard, hence the name The Lazy Man’s Way to Riches.

This is the story of exactly how Joe overcame that debilitating illness that zapped his physical energy and raised himself up from failure and deep debt - to both personal success and business success – becoming a self made millionaire.

And in this, he reveals all of his secrets that made him successful both personally and in business. He wrote it all down for others so they might follow his path to success and Riches. Being a brilliant marketer, he wrote ads for this book that  not only sold millions of books without ever being in a bookstore, but the ads themselves became famous and are used as a direct marketing model all over the world to this day!

After Joe

My husband Richard G. Nixon was Joe’s friend and was mentored by him. Richard eventually bought the company because it had changed his life so dramatically and he wanted to make sure the program lived on.

Richard took his mentor – Joe Karbos work, and then expanded on it by adding his years of wisdom and business experience as well as his own life lessons.
Also added were motivational quotes on each page carefully picked out to reinforce the text. (The quotes have been such a big hit; I am working on a quote book right now, to be available in the Fall.)

The Lazy Man’s way to Riches; the 20th Anniv edition was published by our company F P Publishing Co.,Inc., and you can get that here in either ebook or print form as well. 
Richard also did seminars based on The Lazy Mans’ Way, all around the country – and other editions of the book were published by major publishers.

He also did the reading for his own edition of the Audio Book version of The Lazy Man’s Way to Riches V3.0. the Mp3 is available for download on our shopping cart.

My Plans to Continue his Work

The Lazy Mans Way to Riches has been a life changing program for so many people for over 35 years that it would be selfish to not continue to offer it and the other valuable products and information we have. It is especially timely in this economy when people are going through career and life changes.

The business is not new to me. I had been his business partner for almost as long as were together, and through those 15 years, he taught me every aspect of the business I didn’t know already. Because, in his words, he wanted me to be able to continue running the company 'should anything ever happen to him'.

I fought it some days, wanting to go shopping at Nordstrom’s or  have a spa day- instead of learning about websites or affiliate programs. But I will say I am lucky to have had him not only as the love of my life; soul mate and husband – but as my mentor in business.

I never took either for granted.

So, with the patience of our dear customers and Richard's strength and positive attitude with me – I am moving through it and am now ready to move forward with my plans to keep his work alive.

As you can see, we have a beautiful new website designed by MjB Design.

We are continuing to work on it - with some updates and additions…including access to some exclusive audio and video of my husband Richard, and even extremely rare footage of Joe Karbo, Richards mentor, partner and the original author of The Lazy Mans Way to Riches.

I will complete the writing of the 3 books we were writing together...more about those later.
